I stayed at these apartments for around a year and couldn't have asked for a better place! If you havr a family or want a more laid back relaxing place to live while also being near everything this is your place. Afforable, good service, and lots of amenities. Specially Amanda one of the rental mangers has been so kind and gone above and beyond in my stay there. The pool and clubhouse are sparkling and great on a raining or sunny day! Overall the only reason I didn't stay was it wasn't closer to my work otherwise 5/5.
Five years ago, choosing Timberlake Village in Madison was one of my best decisions. It's more than an apartment complex; it's a community. All my neighbors are fantastic, and their pets are just as lovely. There’s a perfect balance of privacy and support, making it feel more like friendships than neighbors. The complex is meticulously maintained, from the clean buildings to the frequently vacuumed and shampooed hallway carpets.
