I stayed at these apartments for around a year and couldn't have asked for a better place! If you havr a family or want a more laid back relaxing place to live while also being near everything this is your place. Afforable, good service, and lots of amenities. Specially Amanda one of the rental mangers has been so kind and gone above and beyond in my stay there. The pool and clubhouse are sparkling and great on a raining or sunny day! Overall the only reason I didn't stay was it wasn't closer to my work otherwise 5/5.

Five years ago, choosing Timberlake Village in Madison was one of my best decisions. It's more than an apartment complex; it's a community. All my neighbors are fantastic, and their pets are just as lovely. There’s a perfect balance of privacy and support, making it feel more like friendships than neighbors. The complex is meticulously maintained, from the clean buildings to the frequently vacuumed and shampooed hallway carpets. I have been living here for six years now. The management is professional and courteous. Maintenance is always helpful and responsive. My rent has been stable relative to other properties and market pricing. I enjoy the location--close to Princeton Club, Walmart, Woodman's, the mall area and easy access to the bus when I was working downtown. My family and I have been living her for a few years now and I wanted to come on here and say it is hands down the BEST place to live! Not only does the leasing office have great Communication with our community, but if there is ever anything wrong maintenance is always on top of it!! Everyone is extremely friendly and very helpful! We have had little to no issues with our apartment complex and our family is very comfortable here!
