We went in for dinner 2 weeks ago with 20 friends. Food was great, manager was super nice and the servers were fantastic.
Didn’t get to stay for dinner but the drinks were excellent and so was the bacon appetizer
Incredibly overpriced and horrible customer service (mainly the manager). Wait time was absolutely ridiculous. Can anyone make sense of this? Order consists of lobster Mac & Cheese (dinner special); Burger; Chicken Caesar salad and Asian Chicken Wings. We waited 2 hours before walking out. After 1.5 hours, the manager came to talk with us. Made excuses about being short-staffed in the kitchen. Didn't offer to comp our meal and offered us a shared dessert. No one was interested in dessert.
