Applied they took well over a month to even answer the phones no one even advised I was approved. For them to cancel my application stating I told them I no longer wanted to move in after calling, leaving voicemails, and emailing with no reply. So basically they stole $315 from me. Definitely would not recommend and the staff is very rude
Absolutely Do Not Live Here – Zero Stars If I Could Timber Point Apartments is by far the most disorganized and poorly managed complex I have ever lived in. The conditions are absolutely unacceptable and border on uninhabitable. Let’s start with the hallways: they are consistently filthy and smell awful, making it unpleasant just to get to your apartment. I have a family member living in these… it’s ridiculous how these apartments are. First her rent was $1,090, next it went up to $1,140, now she pays well over $1200. Guys on top of that, this is how they are.. she has a little bit of roaches. Her appliances are going out and look at these conditions!!!! There’s mold and she has children… TWO OF THEM ARE UNDER AGE 4…. I told her she needs to break her lease… she might as well get her own house to pay for this much than to live in these conditions….
