Wouldn’t recommend these apartments to anyone in an hurry to move. Take your money elsewhere. Move to the apartments with the slightly higher rent. These apartments are not worth your money!! I will not be renewing my lease not even sure if I’ll stay the full lease! YUCK! 0/10 stars if I could.
GUN SHOTS & FILTH! Dangerous apartment complex. Timber Point is disgusting, the community is disrespectful and awful. Gunshots every week, unsupervised children on top of carports, vandalism, entire doors missing on resident buildings, rude leasing agents (Jessica in particular), broken metal materials and shingles coming off of building rooftops, disgusting overpriced laundry facilities, extremely noisy neighbors, residents driving recklessly, cockroaches, water damage, etc. Move to a safe area, do not choose this complex.
These are absolutely the worst apartments Indianapolis could ever allow management does not return phone calls. They add excessive charges for no reason they flood every four months and they do not come and clean.Latasha Strange is a complete joke to be the financial person she tells you one thing and she’s not sure and then she finds out the information and comes back and tell you a whole Nother story I have contacted the health department several times and nothing has still been done if you can help it do not move here
