Absolutely Do Not Live Here – Zero Stars If I Could Timber Point Apartments is by far the most disorganized and poorly managed complex I have ever lived in. The conditions are absolutely unacceptable and border on uninhabitable. Let’s start with the hallways: they are consistently filthy and smell awful, making it unpleasant just to get to your apartment. I have a family member living in these… it’s ridiculous how these apartments are. First her rent was $1,090, next it went up to $1,140, now she pays well over $1200. Guys on top of that, this is how they are.. she has a little bit of roaches. Her appliances are going out and look at these conditions!!!! There’s mold and she has children… TWO OF THEM ARE UNDER AGE 4…. I told her she needs to break her lease… she might as well get her own house to pay for this much than to live in these conditions…. You have to drive with your flashers on to slowly tip toe through the potholes. It’s ridiculous. Whenever it’s fixed, hopefully it’s sealcoated and not just patched
My rent check got stolen out of the rent box once and the only help they gave was telling me "oopsie, sticky fingers get in there sometimes" Also saw one of my neighbors get shot after I moved out
