I lived here about 6 months and there was a leak when we moved in they said they would fix the leak and did not 5 months passed we called put in requests no one still didn’t fix it this place is really terrible they really need to close these apartments down don’t no body care about this apartments not even the people in the office but the leak as now turn into mold now we have a hole in are ceiling two holes at that and there is a black lady that works in the office she knows about the leak didn’t do nothing about it we hav... read more
I am extremely disappointed with my experience while touring these apartments. The office staff member who introduced herself as July was very rude and unprofessional during my visit. The condition of the property was extremely concerning. The apartment I viewed had ripped-up carpet, visible stains, unpleasant odors, a broken back patio sliding door, and signs of pest issues. I would have loved to give this place 4 or 5 stars but I feel like every month there’s an issue with the payment. Got charged extra almost 300 for utilities because they claim I didn’t have utilities turned on since I moved in, mind you, you can’t even get your keys to the apartment until utilities is turned on. Unfortunate that I have to be here since it’s cost effective and hard to move, but definitely not worth moving here.
Wouldn’t recommend these apartments to anyone in an hurry to move. Take your money elsewhere. Move to the apartments with the slightly higher rent. These apartments are not worth your money!! I will not be renewing my lease not even sure if I’ll stay the full lease! YUCK! 0/10 stars if I could.
