Changes A friend of mine lived there when it was still Westwood apartments and I'd be afraid to be there after dark the apartments Were so run down, The pool was green and it was a scary place to live every time we came home the police Were there somewhere Now the apartments have been Refurbished Nicely The only thing ridiculous is the $600 pet deposits that is way too high it specially when you have A cat and a dog

A Great Place to Live I first moved here in 1999 and 18 months later I was married. Ny wife and I are now seniors wit special needs. I was shocked to see the negative comments on this page. They sound like the mudslinging of people who were evicted for not paying rent or being trouble-makers. They could not be further from the truth. A real crappy place live. I have lived here two years only because my work is not to far away; there are several other places so I will be leaving this terrible place. I have lots of evidence and pictures of some land lord tenant law violations, such as broken glass, beer cans , bottle caps, nails and screws everywhere, trash. The laundry rooms all dirty and broke, the front doors on most of the buildings do not lock and are broken. The buildings have bug problems because of my occupation they have watched their step around ... read more
Disgusting These apartments are so disgusting. The hallways are stained, tampons and condom wrappers laying around. People leave trash bags in the stairways. It's embarrassing to have visitors. The office does not take anything serious I have even brought pictures to them. I would not spend the $$$$$ here it is noisy to. The walls are so thin I can hear my neighbor snore!!
Good first apartment. Timberlake Apartments are a good start because they are pretty cheap. But I shall warn you no matter how clean you are there will be bugs. The office is pretty good with doing fumigation every 3 or so months but its kinda annoying that you cant be in the apartment the whole day because of fumigation. A lot of little kids in the parking lot and if you come home late at night good luck even finding a spot in the whole complex.
