Verified Renter Was an okay place to live, takes a while for repairs to get done and we got towed for no reason, and there was some gang activity going on as well, but otherwise was a good halfway place to live when we needed a place to live

ABSOLUTELY disgusting If I could give zero stars I would. I lived there for 9 months and left. The washers and dryers never worked. The parking lot was pot hole central. The fire alarms go off constantly. There were so many cockroaches in the apartment. I asked to get my fridge fixed because it leaked… that never happened. My dishwasher didn’t even have the blade in it. The dishwasher also leaked. I witnessed 3 times the police getting called for break ins, fights. Just terrible

Verified Renter Is good. The timberlake apartments are a family ambient and is a good place to live. Is very quiet and affordable. The attendance and opportunity is ok
You’re better off living in the streets Absolute disgrace of a business. Terrible management and even worse housing. Roads were destroyed for years, filled with pot holes until the city decided to step in. Even then, the managers decide to poach on their community by towing vehicles that are authorized to park in their lots. 1/10 in all categories of living.
