They kept my sister $400 security deposit for one mini blind broken. When my sister requested them to email her the itemized statement after she moved out, Michelle (the manager) refused to email my sister the statement. My sister called Debbie about her $400 security deposit, Debbie said they are not owned by the same company. Watch out for Michelle and Debbie! Michelle at Timber Creek kept the people's security deposit money. Debbie is her boss and ignored our problem. Beware
