but the apartment is just dirty the water from the toilet upstairs goes down into my toilet downstairs and for 3 years the water from the toilet goes to the closet in my room and its smells very bad it prevents it from sleeping. rats there are a lot of bugs there and when you call to come and fix them, they take their time. In 3 years, I've seen a lot of trouble there.
I currently live there and I can't wait to move. They've been through at least 5 property managers in the 2 years that I've been there and now decided to enforce parking and had my car towed when I was in my designated spot. They are slow to fix things but quick to come after your money. Also huge rent increase on apartments that are seriously outdated. Do Not Recommend living here which is unfortunate because the area is really nice.
I just moved in January 15 2021 this place is nasty I hate it here the apartment manager is so nasty she don’t care they cut my heater on even when pgw said it had Carbon monoxide they moved me into a apartment that wasn’t even livable I’m leaving already not even mth please please don’t come here
