Tim Stivers and his workforce are exemplary- responsive, efficient and proactive. His company took care of my mother’s dual unit system for 30 or more years and for the aging unit at my workplace for the past 14. They keep track of the service maintenance twice a year (so you don’t have to) and call you to make the appointments. They arrive promptly at the appointed time. He and his staff are unfailingly polite and professional - they keep everything going and running smoothly. Highly recommend
Tim installed our whole-house air filtration, and we have perfectly clean air even on heavy pollution days. He keeps our AC alive through every heat wave, and he's never once tried to sell me a $4,000 solution to a $40 problem, which in Los Angeles qualifies as a miracle worthy of formal review. Service is seriously prompt. I can recommend him enough.
Tim consistently provides really good service and we have worked with him for many years. During the recent heatwave he was able to schedule us quickly despite being fully booked for AC repairs. We appreciate him !
