I'm always greeted with a smile and kindness, exceptionally clean office, never waiting, and easy checkins/highly organized for patient. Dental hygienist uses safety precautions, educates, compassionate about her work, explains procedures and very respectful/personable/kind. Dr. Smith is kind as well, knowledgable and thorough in his exams. Everyone in the office works as a team and is happy to be at work. I highly recommend them.
I had two teeth extracted yesterday and I haven't had any problems...no pain at all!!! The customer service was GREAT...from the minute I walked in the door until I left!!! The staff was polite, professional and explained everything they were going to do and great with post op instructions!!! I couldn't be happier!!!
Tim Smith Dental is as professional of a group that i have seen. The appointments are always on time and he has a very knowledgeable staff. Dr. Smith is as good as it gets and doesn't push unnecessary products and services on the patient like most dentists I have been associated with. Always a pleasurable experience!

I had a follow up appointment yesterday and I was thinking FINALLY! I'm 44 years old and had a terrible experience in my 20s which created anxiety, fear and years of dental phobia. I was very inconsistent with my dental care event hough I longed to be compliant and get other things done...like invisilign. My coworker recommended Tim Smith Dental and I'm so happy that she did! The team is excellent! They are safe, trustworthy, and efficient! Thank you for making me comfortable and in a position to TRUST again!
