AMAZING!!! I have been a patient of Dr. Smith's now for over 15 years I know. He gives amazing care, he is very reserved in the care that he provides you. He will always listen and answer any questions or concerns that one may have. The staff is very welcoming and truly care about their patients. I no longer live in Tyler but will continue to make the hour drive for as long as he continues to practice. I am so appreciate of Dr. Tim Smith and his staff! Not only did he care for my tooth on a Sunday (I had broke it in half!!) he made the whole process amazing! Very detailed in his work and his staff are just the same. All the staff has been working with Dr. Tim Smith for as long as I have been there- some 10 years and some 15... that should tell you alot!! Thank you - I appreciate each and every one of you!!

6th Month Visit Pam was kind and gracious as always. During the cleaning I really like the way she always asks if I am doing O.K./am I comfortable. She never fails to explain what she is going to do before she does it. I was not having a good day when I came in and Pam was very sensitive to that - that is a very rare quality these days.
