Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this family doctor's office? They were average Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen! Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes. Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Absolutely! They were very entertaining!

Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? No, they didn't even attempt to explain Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Yes, they made me feel like I shouldn't have called Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly

Is this business handicap-accessible? Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this family doctor's office? Yes Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable

Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, they were ready for me right after I arrived. Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located

I had to skip some of the questions. I was a first time visitor so they did not have a chance to recognize me. I just went in for a regular physical, the organization I work for sends all their employees to him now, that could say something good. Tiffany who answers the phone is very nice. When she has to put you on hold she doesn't just leave you on hold. She'll come back to report what's going on every once in a while. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. What I liked was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt welcomed and think I will be returning. I was happy and relieved that they were able to answer all of my questions. I felt like I got a good amount of information. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about new medications the doctor had prescribed to others and seeing excellent resutls. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen.
