I did not get a chance to see Dr. Tim Shepherd, but the nurse I saw was very nice and understanding. However, the staff is full of arrogant, and rude people. I will never go back there because of their staff. No notion of customer service.

I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time. Their office equipment was in good shape and looked very current. I felt like everything was very safe. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. Does this family doctor use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced! Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this family doctor's office? Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was! Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly!
