Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen.
Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.
I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.
