Tim and the team at FourStar Realty are awesome. Tim was so prepared from our first meeting. He presented a massive portfolio and displayed extensive market and property knowledge. He was able to put a plan in place that had our house sold at list price in no time. I highly recommend FourStar Realty/ TAN Property Solutions if you are selling a home.

I have needed to buy and sell home many times, and their team was available to me throughout the entire process. My experience using Tim and FourStar Realty was amazing. After our house was on the market for over a year we decided to give Tim a call. He had an awesome presentation prepared about how he planned to sell the house. It only took a few weeks and I was able to sell at full listing price. If you're selling your house you have got to have Tim and FourStar as your realtors
