We just bought our new Fusion. Our sales consultant Mike Loomis was fabulous. He made us feel at home. He bent over backwards to find us the exact car we wanted. He found our car in San Diego and had it delivered immediately. The thing is the car wasn't going to get here until 9:30pm. After all the other employees had left for the day, Mike stayed with us for the delivery and then gave us a tutorial on the many features of the car. Awesome customer service Mike Loomis!! We spent Valentine's Day at Gosch Ford looking for a Fusion. The customer service was outstanding from Steve K., Liz F., the lady that did the paperwork, and the girl who explained the giant computer that is my new Fusion Hybrid. It was painless and fast. The only problem is that if I have to use the key instead of the push button start, I don't know where to put it. Guess I'll call tomorrow. Thank you.

DONT GO HERE!!!!!! THESE ASSHOLES BROKE MY FRONT WINDSHIELD AND AREN'T GOING TO REPLACE IT!!!! I took my car in for a recall that I had to find out about online and after them trying to charge me for a half hour and telling me my extended warranty was somehow up before the correct time, they took my car in for the recall. I get my car back with A HUGE CRACK UP MY WINDSHIELD that wasn't there before. The service manager told me it must have been cracked before. IT WASN'T. THEN HE JUST WALKED AWAY.
We waited in their very small lobby for over an hour and a half for an oil change. So much brouhaha in the office area and commotion by employees. It was horrible! I walked past 5 salesmen standing in the new car lot. NOT ONE ASKED IF I needed any assistance. What a 3 ring circus. Still waiting!
