My online attempt to schedule my appointment for an oil change and follow up phone call to confirm it, somehow never made it onto the appointment schedule. Thanks to the service team for making it right and keeping my appointment. I appreciate it. Not sure what to say about that online scheduling system, so I won't address it. Gosch Chevy needs to handle that fiasco. LOL
