Our car broke down while we were in Hemet visiting family for the holiday weekend, and Briana in the service department turned our stressful situation into a positive one by easing all of our concerns. We came in the Friday morning before a holiday with no appointment, and she managed to get our car fixed and us back on the road for home by Wednesday night. We are so grateful to Gosch for helping us to enjoy the holiday with family, and helping us to get back home safely.

Did not understand the amounts on the contract. Were not explained very well and did not see it until we left. Should go over it with customer to know what is what line by line
