I believe Dr Watt is a wonderful surgeon. He did a spinal fusion on my husband and a 2 level cervical fusion on me. We both had amazing results.
I saw Dr. Watt for a Sciatic nerve pain caused by a herniated disc. Every interaction I had with Dr. Watt and anyone involved with Black Hills Neurosurgery and Spine was great. Dr. Watt did not push for surgery as the only possible solution. I ended up having back surgery and everything went great. I will not hesitate to recommend Dr. Watt to anybody who asks.
Dr Watt performed a neck stabilization procedure and carpal tunnel surgeries for me. Both were perfect. I trust him for any surgical events. I trust his judgment in referring me to other specialists!
Dr Watt and all of the staff at Black Hills Neurosurgery & Spine are awesome! Dr Watt explains everything very well and has great people skills. I have had two surgeries with Dr Watt and his expertise is second to none.

Dr Watt was amazing! I enjoyed his professional manner and his direct way of approaching the problem. He is a no-nonsense, cut-to-the-chase doctor who cares about your problems. I will definitely be recommending him to anyone who is looking for a excellent neurosurgeon.
I was in severe pain and Dr. Watt agreed to do my surgery before he was to leave town. He was very kind and caring. He also called my daughter the day after surgery to check to see how I was doing. In follow up visits, he made sure I was doing well and explained everything clearly. Minus the pain I had, he was a great doctor and we appreciated everything he did.
I had back surgery by DR. Watt the outcome was great the back surgery was done because of nerves going to my legs before my left leg would not work now it is working good. thank you DR Watt
