I had neck surgery c4/5 c5/6 c6/7 in mar 2021. Im very pleased with the overall experience. When i had any issue my question & solution were done within 24 hours. I’ve just completed my final follow up & feel if I have an issue in the futureI can call for assistance.
Dr. Watt performed a spinal fusion on L4/L5 just before thanks giving and whole process went well. He is very direct explaining the condition and procedure needed to improve the condition, so a patient should be prepare and possibly view his YouTube channel . My experience with Dr. Watt and his whole team was excellent. He along with his PA and NP were exceptional

Dr. Watt is truly top notch. Explained everything very well, from preop to postop. Entire hospital staff wonderful. No complaints what so ever. Nursing staff exceptional. Made sure your pain was under control. Physical therapy very informative. Dietary what can I say they are their to serve the most wonderful food. Keep it up. I knew I was in the right place from the start. After two doctors said my back was non-surgical Dr. Watt looked at the MRI, examined me and asked when I wanted to schedule my back surgery. Dr. Watt's office scheduled all the pre-op testing for me at my local clinic. The day of surgery went without a hitch. Admissions personnel were kind and thorough. Dr. Watt performed cervical spine surgery to relieve numbness in my arms and hands and to correct a potentially dangerous impingement on my spinal cord. The pre-surgery consultation, the actual procedure, post operative care and recovery therapy have all been outstanding. I will recommend Dr. Watt without any reservations whatsoever.
Dr. Watt gets right down to business. By the time you get to see this man, that's what it should be. Bedside manner will feel rushed to those who aren't the straight to business kind. I liked the BS approach and let's get things fixed for you approach. If I have to do another Neurosurgery in my life I hope Dr. Watt is still operating at this top notch level. What we all want, when looking for a new doctor. From the first time meeting Dr. Tim Watt I was impressed. His manner and knowledge of what he found out about what was happening with my health. Showed me that he really cares and was ready to help me get better. It was the same feeling I had as a patient at the surgical hospital. The place was awesome and all employees were the best. Black Hills Neurosurgery and Spine Is the best care center I have been to in my life. I gladly tell everyone I know, how great these people are.
