Every time I go into this Dental office I receive Excelente service and fantastic care.
Dentist work is always excellant.
Missed an appointment for the kids and was charged $75 for each child. They refused to waive the fee as a first-time incident courtesy. Will look for a new dentist for the kids now.
I had a consultation with Dr. Tim Chuang for a second opinion. Dr. Chuang took the time to explain his findings and answered my questions thoroughly. I also want to mention how kind and welcoming his team was. The front desk staff and his assistant made me feel comfortable and cared for throughout the visit. Overall, I had a very positive experience.
My first visit with Dr. Chuang and his staff. The atmosphere is warm and friendly. The office is well appointed and attractive. I was made to feel comfortable throughout the visit and knew I was in very good hands. It was an excellent experience!
