Absolutely disgusting service. I was sitting in the car waiting for my sister, and she had to come back to me not once, not twice, but three times crying because of how badly she was treated inside. That is beyond unacceptable. No coffee, no order, no mistake, nothing gives your staff the right to make a customer feel so stressed and humiliated that she walks out in tears repeatedly. What a ridiculous service!!!! Placed a mobile order because I was headed to the work, as usual they didn’t had the item which i have ordered, Ohk understandable, happens but when i entered there the person who was serving me, without any apology or any suggestions of other item just told me we don’t have it , So I asked for my refund. The staff was not very cooperative and also not aware of their own breakfast menu. And then if asked for substitute they never did it. Very disrespectful
