We order iced coffees every day for work around 5 to 7 drinks and we always mention there is extra base and extra cream in it but it’s always super low. There’s one a blue moon they put stuff good otherwise it’s oh it’s always shitty.

There was nobody in the place, just us (my daughter and I) and another lady. We waited more than 10 minutes to be served; there were 5 people working inside.

Waiting over 10 minutes in the store, no one in line ahead of me. Supervisor told me to continue to wait for her to change the cream when their are 6 other employees standing around. I walked out! The service makes the $3 cup of tea not worth it. Taking my money to Starbucks.
