Worst experience ever. The staff is extremely rude and dirty. They simply do not represent the GREAT TIM HORTONS. They should take lessons on how to handle customers. Please avoid this place at all costs.
Heart wrenchingly poor experience here. Ordered a butter bagel on the app, it took them 10 minutes to bring it out and it was filled with cream cheese. Lovely. And they didn’t cut it in quarters. Where has the passion gone. Going to be a McDonald’s guy for a little, need some space from Tim’s for a bit
