I had a very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons location due to the rude and arrogant behavior of one of the employees. From the moment I approached the counter, the staff member seemed disinterested and dismissive. Customer service is a basic expectation, especially in a place as well-known as Tim Hortons, but this interaction left a bad impression.
