I have never been to a Tim Hortons with more spiders around the drive thru window and ordering area! Huge spiders! The lady working on drive thru, Andie, was so nice that she reached extra far out of the window to hand me my tray because I'm terrified of spiders. Can you please splurge and spray?? I would refuse to work the drive thru window if I worked there!! Also, perhaps posting what time your drive thru closes out front would be a good idea so people don't have to guess. I went to this Tim Hortons location on Friday, and I had a great experience. There was a manager named Nitika working at the counter who was extremely helpful in making sure my order was correct. She was friendly, patient, and made sure everything was taken care of. I really appreciated her help and excellent customer service. Thank you, Nitika, for making my visit a great one!
Always good service and gets my coffee right every time.
Asked for 10 pack timbits only Chocolate and Birthday. Saw it typed in as such on the drive thru. Didnt check it before we left. Got an assorted box of specialty ones. Only gave it 2 stars because we isually just get coffee and its made right more often than other locations.
