Third visit, same experience. At this point, I can only assume this is how the restaurant is intentionally run. Every time I come here, I’m stuck in a drive-thru line that moves at the speed of a funeral procession. By the time I finally reach the speaker, the one thing I wanted to order is “unavailable.” Since the drive-thru is boxed in, there’s no way to leave, so congratulations—I just wasted 20 minutes for absolutely nothing.
