This Tim Hortons is genuinely the slowest I've ever experienced. Every single time I have to wait about 20-30 minutes waiting for my food. I understand that it's a University food spot so it may be busy, but I've seen countless times where there'd be around 15-20 customers waiting for there food and there'd be no one in line. The workers are so extremely slow and half the time I'd just see them walking around doing nothing. I've been late to meet-ups and class many times because of the spot here.

Genuinely the worst location I’ve ever been to. Not only does it take an hour to get your order but it’s always wrong. Even for this shitty brand this is pathetic. Shut it down or get you regional managers in to do their jobs and fix it

I come here often and have seen that they consistently cannot keep up with orders. The workers are trying their best but their system does not work. It is not the workers fault at all but something needs to change. Today I ordered a farmers wrap at 12:09 and did not get it until 12:49. There was someone beside me who had waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for a wrap. Both of us asked about our orders multiple times and the issue did not get solved until it was too late. I understand that the lunch rush is difficult, but I waited 46 minutes for a wrap today. When I received it, the meat was wrong and the wrap was torn, unravelled, and burnt. I've been to this location a couple times and they have never once gotten my order correct. I don't like complaining because I know how hard the service industry is, but the management here needs to change. There's a reason this location hasn't gotten a five star review in over a year.
