Showed up at 11:50 AM today. Only five people ahead of me. Easy, right? Well, not at Tim’s. I got to place my order at 12:15. That’s 25 minutes for a cup of coffee… in Canada… in 2025. Visited this Tim Hortons today and had one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever encountered. A new staff member was incredibly rude while shouting her lungs out, visibly confused about the simple menu I'd ordered, and worst of all, handling donuts with her bare hands without any gloves. This is the slowest Tim Hortons in the city.I've been standing in line for almost a half hour I can see why the online ratings are so low ... as you can see the owner just copies and paste his reply same thing over and over nothing personal how about you do better
The main location is fine but the kiosk is staffed by a rude incompetent that didn't start assembling an order until I arrived after 15 minutes to pick it up, omitted an item that I ordered on the app, and just expected me to be fine with them not fixing it. I gave the location one more chance because it was still a more convenient location and everything was the same but worse the second. I tried going through customer support and they ghosted me.
