So bad, lot of waiting time. We are students, we don’t have time to wait. Service should be much faster.
Its fine, I guess. Average Tim Hortons stuff. But this is the only location I've ever gone to that doesn't stir the iced lattes. So I have to go use their stir sticks in order to incorporate the milk, coffee, and syrup, because they've just put it into a cup and called it a day. And the stir sticks are kind of gross, to be honest. The part at the bottom of the cup always has a weird stain on it and that's kind of offputting. Consistently cannot keep up with orders. They have 10 people working sometimes and still cannot get a simple coffee without waiting 30+ mins. Your worker Andre is especially confused. I ordered a coffee and a sandwich, I only received my coffee after going up and asking about my order 20 mins after I placed it. I waited for my sandwich for another 20 mins, asked your worker Andre for help, all he said was "your order must be over there" and continued looking busy.
