I had a great experience at Tim Hortons! The service was quick, friendly, and welcoming. A special shoutout to Monika😄, who was extremely polite, professional, and made sure my order was perfect. She really went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. The food and coffee were fresh and delicious as always. Thanks to Monika and the team for making my visit so pleasant—I’ll definitely be back!
Good service and staff are helpful
It's New years day 2026. A mandated statutory holiday. People working are getting paid extra. But not at Tim Hortons. The company is treating it's employees as cheap labor, just to benefit the corporate greed. Tim Horton would be turning over in his grave at this grave injustice. The company should be ashamed of itself.
What kind of a manager schedules 3 employees on one shift during a boxing week? Of course they were swamped, totally mixing up people’s orders, putting kettles on only when processing next order instead of putting them on as soon as they are empty. If someone is in a rush, totally not a place to grab your bite in.
