Dirty place and the new staff are so dan slow. I counted 7 people who left the line before ordering.

Hats off to very good customer service, I have noticed they are always greeting customers with big smile, Also kudos to the store manager named MONICA as she is always there to motivate the stuff and the best thing I like about her that she always greet her regular customers on first name base which makes a big difference in store experience and service.
This location is notoriously bad for not calling out an order once it’s ready. I stopped going here because they never call out when the coffee is ready. It sits there on the tray and I more than half the time I need to ask about my order and then they just pick it up from the ready shelf and give it to me. Very inefficient trained staff and I will not go here anymore
