The Customer Service was good and quiet friendly and Allison was good.
Very slow service today and we end up to go out instead of waiting for so long
Walked in and there was a lineup none of the servers were serving anybody and looks like they were trying to fill the donut case and we're taking any orders we ended up leaving the guy that was standing in front of us was there for 20 minutes.
I was standing as the first person in line waiting to place my order. However, the staff member who was a senior lady was opened the other till and called the second customer who was standing behind me, while I was still waiting. I felt this was unprofessional and unfair, especially as a regular customer. I understand that busy moments can happen, but customers should be served in the correct order.
