Waited well over 10 minutes in the drive-through line and my order was incorrect. I always have to check to make sure they put whip topping on my order and they always forget or say they didn’t charge me when the price obviously reflects they did up charge me but too lazy to put it on. Today the employee said it was his microphone is why he didn’t hear my full order, no other employee had issues hearing and that was my second visit there today. When I walked in the restaurant everyone was just standing at the drive thru window. Then one of the workers was slinging my food around and place it in the bag. I walked to my car and opened up my bag there was a long hair in my sandwich and my hash brown was old. I'm never going there
