I’ve been coming to this Tim Hortons for roughly 2 years now on my way to work and I’m assuming there’s new management and new staff members in the past few months or so I will say that the service has gotten so much better. People are friendly. my orders seem to be correct all of the food taste good the coffees are made right so somebody in there is doing a great job and I see it.

Waited well over 10 minutes in the drive-through line and my order was incorrect. I always have to check to make sure they put whip topping on my order and they always forget or say they didn’t charge me when the price obviously reflects they did up charge me but too lazy to put it on. Today the employee said it was his microphone is why he didn’t hear my full order, no other employee had issues hearing and that was my second visit there today.
