If I could have done it with out stars I would lady was rude said they was closed even thought the doors was open was told to go to drive thru and did and was told I couldn’t order after being told to go to drive thur smh bad customer service never again not ok this is coming from someone that works with public in deals with customer service this was not ok
Ordered for a family ahead online and they whistled about the size of the order. Complained the entire time with the window open so we can hear them and when they forgot something they got annoyed and one told the other to "just give it to them so they leave the lot". At no point did we say anything rude or have a rude tone. Literally have never dealt with people acting that way.
Went to this place and stood in the lobby for 15 minutes and received no service while being only customer in building. Someone finally comes to front desk and just stares at me without saying a word so I place my order and after I order I tel the person on MY phone that their service is crap and the lady refused to serve me because of it. I’ll never come back to this place. That was the 2nd time I’ve received horrible service from this place from the same lady.
Very poor customer service!
