Inconsistent. French vanilla cappuccino is hit or miss. Donuts are hit or miss. More often a miss. I’m done with Tim Hortons.
The foods not good no matter how many times you go. The manager is terrible with customer service turning me away telling me drive thru only to purchase a hot chocolate with some timbits and watching their entire business parking lot be blocked from a car unable to drive through the drive thru with all the snow and ice untreated.
i tried to call this morning but no answer. I came there this morning for 2 orders of the egg white and spinach omelettes. The person who gave me my order tried to give me just the box I had to ask for a bag which I shouldn't have to do. Once I got to work I opened my box to burnt eggs. Hopefully no one else has this experience
Jan 8th 2026 - If you frequent Tims fairly often be sure to use the App. Lot of good Offers (discounts!) on a lot of items. It makes a difference 11/03/2025. This store has come a long way compared to a few years ago. The current crew does a great job filling orders, quickly and with accuracy. Big improvement.
