When I walked in today around 11:45 am, the drive thru was busy, but lobby was empty. My shoes were sticking to the floor. When I walked over to view the menu, there were 2 employees arguing loudly about what they were out of. The female employee kept yelling and complaining while the male employee was trying to complete orders. I have never been able to eat at this tim hortons they are either closed or they don’t have anything I just sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes going in circles with them on what they didn’t have they didn’t have chicken or bacon for any of there sandwiches me and my boyfriend decided to go somewhere else they didn’t even say sorry as we were leaving which I believe is not very customer service like I am extremely irritated at this tim hortons!

Tim Hortons used to be open until 10:00 PM, then closing time changed to 8:00 PM. Tim Hortons now closes at 7:00 PM, I arrived this evening at 6:45 for an Iced Cappuccino after work and was told that machine was down for cleaning. All products should be available for purchase up to closing (7PM), please do not start closing procedures early.
