The food at this specific tim Hortons is great like every other but the service here is abysmal. Not only is the service poor but so is the attitude of the employees, I've gotten multiple eye rolls and even been yelled at telling me "that's not what you ordered" after specifically saying my order 3 separate times and they still seem to mess it up. I love Tim Hortons and I try to support it as much as I can BUT this specific location is horrible, I’ve been there twice and both times have been horrible. I asked specifically for just egg and cheese because I can’t have meat for religious purposes. They took 10+ mins to get the order ready, they’re rude to greet you and then they gave me sausage on a biscuit , after I repeated my order three times. I was on my way to work so I couldn’t go back. Horrendous!!! I go there on Sunday. I used the drive through. The person working spoke no English. I had to repeat my order 3 times. They were too busy laughing and talking in the background. Then I get to the window and they tell me they don't have what I ordered. What are we doing?!?!?!?!? Who runs this place?
