Drive thru staff is super slow took 9 mins exact for small coffee and started doing shift change while takikg order.
This is the only Tim Hortons in Kamloops which provides you with the best customer service and quality. This Tim Hortons is on my way to work and honestly when I get my coffee from here - it’s always the same!! Hot and freshly brewed. The staff is also super nice!

Really mediocre at best. Slow.
Tried asking the clerks to make our Chicken Lime Salad bowls gluten free. They couldn't decipher by looking at the chicken if it had been dipped in flour? The bowls came lukewarm, salad pcs too big & some old pieces of lettuce incorporated. Sorry but in my option this store does note rate a 4. Very disappointing.
