There's a lot of very good workers here and in the past for like 15 years this was 100% the best tims in kamloops for service and fast paces customer service. The only reason I'm making a review today is because with in the past month or Two the workers at the cash register or even while waiting for drinks have been very rude to the customer. I have been yelled at at the till for trying to order my food by some of them, I have been ignored while speaking and made to stand there for 5 minutes when I should only have to reapet... read more
Staff need more training, food quality is poor and I'm pretty sure no one washes their hands nearly enough. You're better off going to McDonalds. Many of the staff have poor communication skills and it is very apparent they don't care about quality control. The lobby is usually gross.
The washrooms are horrendous. This seems to be a general Tum Hortons trend. We lodged another complaint.
