I’m always frustrated with the my drive thru experience in this particular location, I always get the same guy, very rude and impatient, can’t even speak basic English, can’t get the order right and on top of that he has attitude. Also had to wait for my order outside for 20 mins before I walked in and waited 10 mins more. And it was the wrong order, although I repeated myself more than 4 times.
When the staff gave the 2 croissants I ordered at the drive-thru I told him to warm it up, he told me to wait in the parking lot someone will bring it up to me. It took 15 mins until I went inside and no had a clue about those croissants. Then one senior staff gave me the croissant but I noticed on my way out it was cold. I turned back to the counter and the other staff handed me the croissant finally warmed up saying they wanted to give freshly baked ones. Such inexperienced and irresponsible. Extremely slow. Was asked to wait in the parking lot for my order at the drive through. After 20 minutes went inside and they did not have my order. Had to wait another 15 minutes for my order. I don’t usually complain but this particular location is consistently bad. No apology, no explanation.
after a long time i see a clean washroom in this tims , floor is super clean , the staff is using proper gloves and maintaining proper hygiene! went to pick up my order on the corner and saw a clean floor in the serving kitchen area , manager working like any other worker instead of chit chatting ! overall a good experience in this Kamloops location , far better from any location compared to any alberta store , either in edmonton or in calgary !
