This particular location has turned into a joke. Customer service is beyond brutal. The employees are not present, and speak to one another in their native language ignoring the needs of customers. Not coming back here again. I am an import, but know courtesy, compassion and dedication to customer service. If this is a trend. Good luck.
I don't understand why they clean the latte machine on the weekends around noon! Why wouldn't you clean at closing time? It's terribly frustrating because most of the staff thinks they can make a latte and then left me in the parking lot waiting. When I finally went inside they said they are cleaning and cant make lattes. Super disappointing. But I love their lattes more than Starbucks!
Aug 2025 Mr.Sagar from Gujarat India, here at this location, saw him at drive through - is rude, ill-mannered, has poor people skills,and is poorly cultured. I was on way from Vancouver to Calgary and I stopped at Costco Kamloops and just a little bit away from there i took drive through at this Time Hortons, and while ordering my coffee and giving him the QR code that too upon him not asking and me myself presenting it, he mocked me infornt of my family, to his colleague and speaking in hindi for presenting the QR code late... read more
