Unfortunately I didn't get the ice cup I ordered, the machine was broken, but they replaced it with another drink. Had to wait a little longer than expected, but otherwise everything was great.
We have ordered 5 rice bowls. We were told to wait in the parking lot. We waited for 20 minutes and went in to see if our food was ready. They totally forgot about our order. When we got our order… it was not even half full. We paid over $50 and barely got any food.
Is there no one here to change the garbage bags? That is very disappointing.
This location continues to fall further with each visit Got myself a BELT with a hash brown for breaky. Everything was spoiled. I thought they forgot the lettuce and tomatoes. No they were both just shriveled and probably sitting out too long But hey. The staff never forget to push promotional items even after you say “that’s all”
