Check your receipt carefully at this location!! I was charged for an item that I neither ordered nor received. When I realized it happened a few days later and came back, I was told they could do nothing and, actually, insulted me with: "How can we know you are not making it up"... Absolutely disgusting!
we ordered an iced capp, and a cookie and it was very busy. the guy who took our order was named zac, and he was just lovely. he was friendly and quick.
so asked to use washroom they said no I was so peaved cause I live other side of town. why do U close them early ? this is going to piss customers off. and a friend of mine got 2 large coffess. one for her and me it was ok .
