This morning I Stopped by the Tim Hortons at 336 Lansdowne St E this morning and had a great experience. The morning crew was friendly and efficient, even though they were clearly busy. My coffee and Bagel order were made perfectly and came out fast. It's always a good start to the day when the team is on point. Definitely one of the better Tim Hortons locations in town!"
I had a very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons location due to the unprofessional behaviour of both the supervisor and the manager. Instead of addressing concerns respectfully, they were rude and dismissive—not just to me, but also in how they treated other staff in front of customers. It created a very uncomfortable atmosphere and made the visit unpleasant.
