I had a very disappointing experience during my visit. It was clearly a busy time, and the service seemed affected by how understaffed the location was. I was overcharged for my order, and although a refund was initiated, it never reflected on my account. Additionally, the croissant I received was stale and cold, and the coffee didn’t taste right. I kindly request that the refund be processed promptly and hope steps can be taken to improve the overall customer experience, including having adequate staff during busy periods.
