Just went through drive thru got to speaker and was told they would be with me in a moment so I waited all I wanted was a steeped tea and iced latte my tea was cold iced latte wasnt made right. Also shorted my change luckily caught it right away but still.
I visited this Tim Hortons on December 10, 2025 around 8:30 PM for a drink remake. Every other Tim Hortons I’ve been to provides a remake without any issue, but the staff member at the drive-thru asked me to pay again. This was completely unexpected and frustrating. On top of that, her customer service was very poor. She spoke in a dismissive and unprofessional way, which made the whole experience uncomfortable. I’ve gone here twice and both times employees were INCREDIBLY rude. I’m not one that speaks up but the customer service at this location SUCKS.
Every tim hortons gives out stale tim bits to dogs I will be going elsewhere this tim hortons tired charging me for stale tim bits when im buying a $30 order and I was buying a $15 order everyday from this location Just another reason to avoid tim hortons small gestures of kindness they used to do are just replaced with rudeness and them adding 10 20 cents on drinks every other day
