Let me start by stating I do not like their donuts. I only went there because I was pucking up donuts and muffins for someone else. They don't have maple dip donuts there. Like ever!!!
I had a wonderful experience at this branch of Tim Hortons thanks to the very kind manager. I had accidentally left my bag behind (which contained a number of valuable and sentimental items), and by the time I realised I was a 3 hour drive away, it was incredibly stressful. When I rang the store, the female member of staff was incredibly helpful and professional.
