I have not reviewed Tim Hortons ever because I figured we all know what it is at this point. But over the last year or two I find them more disappointing with every visit. Most recently disappointed that they sell cardboard pizza, but many classics have been removed from the menu. This is a place of last resort.
The employees here are so rude to the teenagers, and I get that some teenagers are a bit disrespectful but I think they can be more respectful and polite. They have one of the employees standing at the door only letting 2 groups of 2 in at a time when u could obviously let more in. Also not cutting the bagels is crazy it takes two seconds and I hate asking for it cut every time, but just my opinion I guess
Went through the drive-through today took them three minutes at least to answer the speaker when I got to the window they couldn't remember my order. So I told them then they gave me the wrong order after all of that my coffee had sugar in it when I asked for two cream she probably hire people that know what they're doing. Or who knows maybe they were stoned
