Absolutely disgraceful Iced Capps, they need to train staff to make them properly. They are not mixed properly and not enough cream. People are paying $3.95 for it, so it shouldn't taste foul.
Best tim hortons in town except for their French vanilla... which is my favourite thing to order. This tim hortons is the only one that it just tastes like water every single time i order one. I have to go to another timmies which is out of my way to get a decent french vanilla.
Absolutely Horrible Experience I ordered 4 small French Vanillas and a 1/2 Double Double + 1/2 French Vanilla mix — and what did I get? HOT WATER. Not once, BUT TWICE, even after lodging a complaint the first time!! The machine clearly needed a refill, but the staff didn’t even bother to check or change the powder. Total negligence!
