My drink was made incorrectly - no big deal it happens. I politely asked the lady at the counter (same one who took my order) if I could have it remade. She was rude and originally refused to remake it because “she made it and definitely made it right”. She eventually agreed to remake after she showed another employee (I’m assuming manager) the drink — who confirmed it was made wrong. Staff at this location are fast , friendly and helpful
The staff at this location is really friendly and speedy. The team works together very well even with the store being completely renovated and the staff had to learn positions and placement of everything changed. This location is my go to location. I love it here!!
