I visit this location almost everyday and recently theres been this one specific staff member who is constantly ignorant. Always gets my order wrong and then its like pulling teeth to have it redone. Always a sour look on her face, 0 customer service skills at all. I know its tough, i work in customer service aswell, but this behavior should be absolutely unacceptable, especially on repeat.
Great workers and clean coffee shop.
