Rude customer service. All i asked for was “sorry to bother you, how long will it take for my coffee?” Coz i was waiting for it over 15 minutess and most of people who ordered after me got their order as well. But i literally got yelled at saying its been right here and she shouted my name 3 times. I was waiting there for one order only so its not possible i would miss it if she shouted for the order. But the worst part was how rude the service was.
I just bought the trick or treat bucket and i didn't receive the handler, i asked for it and they just told me they don't have it. Really??? Also they didn't have the cat black one
I visited this Tim Hortons on October 2 in the morning and ordered a Fruit Explosion muffin. It was hard as a rock even though it didn’t look burnt. I don’t understand how a muffin can be this hard first thing in the morning. I mentioned it to the supervisor/manager and they did offer me a replacement, which I appreciated, but the quality was very disappointing. The service was not friendly but it was professional. The atmosphere was very cramped because dozens of people were standing nearby. But the reason I am giving it 1 star is because I found multiple bugs in my drink. I don’t believe there was anything in my wrap, but there were definitely bus in my quencher.
I took a breakfast and coffee in the morning. Brilliantly served, coffee was really fresh. You made my morning.
