It’s a Tim Hortons, so it’s pretty much the same as every other one. The atmosphere is passable, service is quick and generally good, and the food is exactly what you’d expect from any Tim’s location.

Terrible everyday, orders are constantly wrong and given to the wrong people. Food and drink are always missing specs. Bad customer service, even if your just asking for extra sugar. Do not recommend, you should hire new staff

This location is super busy, especially before and after classes. Kudos to the team working here hard when it’s busy. I work myself in the food services. The pressure can be very hectic.

Today, I ordered ahead on the Tims app. And waited there for 15 mins as others were placing orders and getting them almost right away. I approached and reminded them of my mobile order. They said it’s in the making. Another 5 to 10 minutes passed. Then the two employees talked and one told me in a very rude manner that my order was already made and that it was taken by someone else.
