Really bad customer service I had to wait more than 20min for a drink and. There was more than 60% of ice in my cup and all I could taste was water. I asked them to heat my muffin and they dint even give me a muffin I had to remind them 3 times and they forgot to give it, I was like okay don’t heat it Atleast give it to me. I agree it was a little busy time but the person who was taking the order was busy talking to his friends near the counter and not listening to the person standing there to give the order

The service at this particular tim hortons was not always the best but after today i lost all hopes for this place. You get no warm customer service and added to that the food quantity I initially received for a loaded bowl was not even half the usual, veggies minimum to none, half the bowl covered with a full leaf of lettuce and was missing cheese too and the funny thing is its advertised as their latest new addition and its also priced at $10. Never seen slowest service of tim hortons any other locations. Extremely poor customer service. Employees don’t seem to value of time rather keep on chatting and gossiping with co-workers and student. Disappointment.
