It wasn't busy but I waited longer than I expected, and when serving my coffee and still waiting for the herb and garlic that was done toasting already I asked the staff but skipping me serving the other customer that was behind me gave all the items that she bought,until the next one and the other. I followed up until when it served it wasn't warm anymore because she missed and sitting it for a long time already. Soooo slow.
I waited for an hour just to order a coffee. Their system went down, and instead of helping customers, the staff were busy chatting with each other. After waiting so long, I ended up leaving without getting anything.
