Every day, multiple times a day, I am at this location. I am always served with a positive attitude and lots of smiles! It's my fav location mainly because of amazing people like Diane, Sherrie, Roland, and even young Riley. I look forward to my timms runs at the trout lake location
Sherri and Dianne are very courteous and friendly. They get the line moving - always know when they are working. Great job ladies!
I ordered delivery off the Tim Hortons App and waited an hour and a half before I called the store and they said my order was ready but hasn't been picked up by a delivery driver yet. My order should not have been processed at all and I should have been refunded for my whole order plus the delivery fee and everything if they couldn't do delivery. I recieved nothing and was charged by a location I couldn't even get to. The app has not reached out to me and I paid for a whole order I didn't get. I'm very upset about it.
