I’m a regular here for lunch in the drive thru. Today i had a terrible experience. I ordered a chai iced latte with pumpkin, it tasted terrible like there was no chai or pumpkin syrup in it. I drink this daily so i know what it should taste like. Instead of making it right, they argued with me and refused to fix it. Terrible experience.
