I recently visited the Tim Hortons in our small town, and I was extremely disappointed by the condition of the facility. Despite it being early in the morning and not particularly busy, the store was already in a very dirty state. The counters were filthy, with food smears and a clear build-up of grime that looks like it hasn’t been properly cleaned in years.
