Dear manager, the employee at 2:00 pm Friday October 17th 2025. Absolutely horrendous experience. I came to Tim Hortons before work just for a simple bagel, and the staff told me to park out front for a bagel. That alone made no sense, and when I didn’t move because I was in a rush, they handed me this burnt, blackened bagel completely ruined and covered in barely any cream cheese.
