I had a really unpleasant experience with one of the employees. Her tone and expressions came across as very rude and dismissive. When I placed my order for an coffee she responded with “sorry, what?” in a harsh tone, which already felt off. I repeated my order clearly, and instead of handling it professionally, she responded with attitude and seemed irritated for no reason. Ordered a bagel sasuage BLT but the one that they have us had a huge hole in the middle when I asked they told me that all of their bagels were like that. While I can understand that possibility they also forgot the egg in my BLT as well. Only after I said that did they remake my bagel.
Got this wrap and caramel iced coffee The coffee was not caramel i can tell it was smelling like burnt caramel syrup. And the wrap was partially empty and not even grilled It was cold,just letting yk cuz dont want anybody’s day ruined yk!
