I was calling at tim horton right now. Nobody was answering. Then a girl answered and she told me tim horton isn't open, but as far ik tim is open 24hr for drive thru. Then I saw from little far she was talking to someone on phone and laughing for long time. Worst customer service. I wish I could see her name.
Maybe its time for the workers to wear mask as idk if this a facial hair or nose hair either or its freaking gross. The fact that i had quarter of it already made me gag so much.
We had a very weird experience where we were just trying to ask if they had oat milk. Where we carry oat milk. And we just asked, are you sure because we get it almost every day, which resulted in another lady coming on the drive-through screaming at us yelling that they didn’t have oat milk because it was recalled. Absolutely no reason to scream at us you could’ve just said that and we would’ve been totally OK. VERY weird and unnecessarily rude.
