Very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons drive-thru.I tried to redeem 800 points for a large Double Stuffed Oreo Iced Capp (no whipped topping), which should have been free as I had 833 points. After multiple failed scans, the manager incorrectly insisted that points cannot be used on flavoured iced capps, even though I’ve redeemed them many times before and my passenger was previously employed by Tim Hortons, She repeatedly told me I was wrong, spoke dismissively, and didn’t really listen when I tried to show proof... read more
