staff here is very friendly and kind
Coffee was filled to the point where I had coffee spill and burn my hand. I don’t even know how they managed to get a lid onto it without burning themselves. As it was slowly seeping out I originally thought it was because some was on the lid, not uncommon realistically. It was when I went to remove the lid to stop the small burning drips, is when it spilled across the back of my hand. The burn was not severe, although I would suggest to not fill the cup to the rim. I always enjoy visiting this location. The coffee is consistently fresh and served exactly how I like it. The staff are friendly, efficient, and create a welcoming atmosphere, even during the busy rush hours. The store is kept clean and comfortable, making it a nice spot to relax with a drink or snack. Their donuts and timbits are always fresh and tasty — a perfect treat with coffee. This location truly delivers that classic Tim Hortons experience every time.
