Had a very bad experience this morning at the Tim Hortons Drive-Thru. The girl at the window (her badge said Chahat) was talking and laughing in her first language with a boy beside her, instead of focusing on customers. It felt more like gossiping than working. I ordered tea with sweetener, but they gave me sugar. On top of that, the cup was overfilled. When I tried to add the sugar, the tea spilled all over my car seat. Completely careless and unprofessional service. Very disappointed.
Got a service from a very super friendly staff. I had a big order and the employee Shivali served me with great smile and helped me to lift my order till parking. liked her positivity ..
