They forgot an item on my order. No big deal - we added it at the window and was asked to park and the item would be out shortly. 10 minutes later I walked in. The person sandwiches wasn't aware and continued to make orders in her queue. I finally asked her to make the wrap and she did. Terrible service and a worse attitude.
