Arguably the most disgusting washroom I've seen. No soap or towels, visible waste on surfaces, mystery goop in the sink, and tp strewn throughout, but none in the holders. How can a place that serves food have a washroom this bad. It was almost comical. Makes me very worried about the hygiene of the staff.
“I recently visited this Tim Hortons and ordered two items, but the experience was really disappointing. When I mispronounced part of my order, I noticed all the staff started laughing on the phone and even looked at me, turning their faces away when I noticed. It was really embarrassing and made me feel unwelcome. I hope the management addresses this, because the rest of the visit wasn’t bad, but the staff behavior really needs improvement.”
Its impossible to not give Tim Hortons the lowest star rating when you know how good the quality use to be compared to the crappy employees they employ and the quality of the serves they now have
