my favourite tim’s in dartmouth, Prabal always gets my order correct and fast! she’s is hands down the best one in the drive thru. as long as i keep seeing her smile at the window i’ll keep going to this tim hortons :)
I always come to Tim Hortons because of one girl who is working in morning ‘Prabal’. She is incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. Their positive attitude and excellent customer service always make my day better. They truly go above and beyond, and it's the reason I keep coming back!

I usually stop by early in the morning, around 5:30–6:00 a.m., and always order my usual: a triple-triple with a chai tea bag. Prabal Kaur is always so polite, kind, and welcoming. My tea is made perfectly every time, and her friendly service is a great way to start the day. She truly makes my mornings brighter.
