My two bagels were untoasted and a latte that i specified no sweetener somehow was made with extra sweetener. I dont understand.
I ordered bagel and 2 steppedtea double double. The one who was on speaker and taking order didn’t listen properly or i got double double coffee . I came back to work . When me had that drink its really bad. I went back to change . I was polite instead of listening the lady on the window started saying you said double double .
