6 months ago I wrote a glowing review for this location but for the past 3 months it has changed drastically. The food quality is way down, the staff are short and, frankly, rude and the restaurant is dirty the majority of time I visit. I have gotten to the point I would rather order online for pick up than deal with the staff. When I go in to pick up a mobile order, staff will look at me, but not acknowledge, someone will eventually and reluctantly bring over the order. Editing my review because times have changed they hire staff that don't listen I've had so many wrong orders from this establishment it's not even fit. Yet another one today and I lost hope. It's hard to say a Tim Hortons is bad when they've all gone to the gutter recently but this easily wins the award
